Tjinder Singh is the British-Punjabi singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist best known as the co-founder and frontman of the indie rock band Cornershop. Formed in 1991, the band became a highly influential fixture of the 1990s UK music scene by fusing traditional Punjabi folk, indie rock, electronic dance music, and alternative rock.
