John Rey Malto is a Filipino talent manager, songwriter, and social media personality, born on October 22, 1991, in Manila, Philippines. His journey toward excellence began in academia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and further pursued education-related credits from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University in San Fernando City, La Union. His passion for learning led him to complete vocational courses in Photography at Lorma Colleges and Event Management at Our Lady of Guadalupe. He also pursued a Master's Degree in Master of Development Administration with a focus on Public Administration, though he did not complete the program. In 2019, John Rey was honored at a film lecture during a basic theater acting workshop in the Cordillera Administrative Region, organized by the Department of Education in Bangued Abra. He was recognized for his expertise in photography and his willingness to share his skills with others. In the following years, John Rey's reputation continued to grow. In 2021, he received the Golden Star Award for his "Outstanding Contribution to the Entertainment Industry and Selfless Public Service" from ATC International.
