Maite Schneider is a transgender woman who has become a notable figure in the fight for inclusion and diversity. Her life's journey is marked by a series of significant achievements and accomplishments, making her an influencer and advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights. From an early age, Maite displayed a strong and determined personality. She always knew she was different and faced many challenges and discrimination along her path. However, she refused to be discouraged by the difficulties and decided to use her personal experience to make a difference in society. In 2020, Maite was one of the co-founders of EmpoderaTrans, an organization dedicated to empowering transgender women through education, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion initiatives. Additionally, she is also a co-founder of Transgrupo Marcela Prado, established in 2004, and the Brazilian Transgender Association (ABRAT), founded in 2009. These organizations have played a crucial role in promoting the rights and visibility of transgender people in Brazil. With her experience and expertise, Maite has become a motivational and inspirational speaker. She is frequently invited to speak at universities, colleges, schools, institutions, and companies, sharing her story of resilience and raising awareness about the importance of inclusion and diversity.
