피니와 퍼브, 그리고 페리는 두펀스머츠 박사의 시간 이동 기계를 타고 다른 세계로 이동하게 된다. 이 곳에서 그들은 로봇 기계들과 싸움을 하면서 페리가 비밀의 P요원이라는 사실을 알게 되고, 페리를 구해야 하는 미션이 주어진다. 이 모든 상황에는 악마와도 같은 두펀스머츠 박사의 음모와 계략이 숨겨져 있는데... 피니와 퍼브는 무사히 페리를 구하고 현실 세계로 돌아올 수 있을까?
